We are part of the worldwide church!
We have recently participated in an amazing 2-week programme with 8 Pastors from The Presbyterian Church of Taiwan who are a choir together. They were hosted across our United Reformed Church North Western Synod in Morcambe, Lancaster and Heald Green, Gatley and South Manchester. Our time was shared visiting churches, community projects, sightseeing, singing, worshipping, dancing, playing games, doing sports, singing, and more wonderful singing! Whilst the choir were here they were interviewed for Wythenshawe FM, a local community radio station. The Faith Show have recorded the interview and it will air in the next few weeks with songs and conversation about the visit. Each of their songs is from one of the 13 aboriginal groups who live in Taiwan. They have different languages and dances which have inculturated their church life and which enrich the life of the Presbyterian Church.
