Would you like the opportunity to join an enthusiastic team and to use your skills to grow and develop our Front of House Team? Friends House conference and events venue is situated directly opposite Euston Station in London and seeks a new Front of House Manager.
 
Reporting to the Head of Service Delivery, you will have responsibility for ensuring that our Front of House departments; Reception, Cleaning and Audiovisual deliver a high customer service experience
 
The successful candidate will have:

• excellent line management and team leadership skills
• attention to detail in delivering service standards.
• good organisational skills, with an ability to take the initiative
• demonstrable experience of working as a manager and managing more than one service offer
• experience of managing budgets
• the ability to be  flexible, able to work some evenings and weekends

 The selection process for this post will include a presentation and exercises, and is likely to be a whole day process.
