Manchester Airport expansion information & petition

Save Sunbank Lane Manchester Airport wants to concrete over former greenbelt land to build  43 large warehouse and office buildings plus over 1400 carparking spaces. The plans for a 'World Logistics Hub' would involve the eviction  of residents, the destruction of valuable greenspace for local people,  an increase in traffic congestion, carbon emissions and noise pollution  from the Airport's cargo services.  Call on Manchester councillors to reject the planning application: www.change.org/en-GB/petitions/save-sunbank-lane-from-manchester-airport-s-expansion-plans
